LISTING OF THE DOWNLOADS (so-called Mellin-Atlas)
The listed maps and texts are taken from the so-called Mellin Atlas (end of 18th century). The material has been re-produced by the editorial house Regio A/S, Tartu, in the 90s of last century in DIN A2 format. Since that time, they have not been re-edited, except the Estonia-Livonia General Map from 1798. The Baltic Sea Foundastion has informed the mentioned editorial house that it intends to include the material in the down-loads of this web-site.for non-commercial use. A dead-line for a feed-back (until end of March, 2010 no reaction) has been set. The editorial house, at the same time, has been notified that no answer will be considered as consent. Nevertheless, it is re-iterated that the material may only be used for strictly private or general interest matters.
